Sharpening 2pm to 5pm. Drop off today (Tuesday) or tomorrow morning and you items will be ready for pickup Thursday morning (possibly Wednesday late afternoon-evening).

I am away until after the New Year. Next sharpening will be January 7th, 2026!

Super reliable, professional, and convenient service. Drop off in Ossining on a Tuesday and he will return them within a few days max. Always comes out great.

Jim has transformed my scissors and made cutting veggies in my kitchen possible again. He is knowledgeable and takes care in his work. Just this week he had my knives back to me in one day. Highly recommend Sharper Service.
